OUR VEGAN PANCAKES
A sweet alternative for the classics
Ingredients for 10 Pancakes:
Preparation:
Add the flour to a bowl, add a pinch of, the yeast salt and the brown sugar. Mix it all together with a spoon and add the ground cinnamon and the cocoa powder.
Now let's add the liquids, add in the soymilk (if you use almond or rice be aware that it will end up sweeter), the corn oil and the sparkling water to boost the rising of our pancake batter.
Mix all thoroughly, until you get a dense batter.
Cover up our mix and take out the pan, oil it and put it on the fire on medium heat.
When the pan is hot, pour some of the batter with the help of a ladle.
After a minute or two check that the bottom is cooked and, if so, flip it.
Now all you have to do is get on stacking and serve them with some jam, peanut butter or some maple syrup!
